Though significant progress has been made toward improving chronic disease state management in recent years, questions about medication accessibility for patients who may not have the means to acquire newer drug therapies remain.
The table below lists medications that will likely have a generic version available in the next several years. The timeframes listed in the table are speculative based on ongoing litigation. Some medications may become available as generic sooner than what is listed in the table as the dates recorded were based on the latest estimated resolution of litigation for each drug.
